Returns & Refunds Policy

Products and Services sold through MySalaryPlus are mainly of two types – those sold through our shopping cart and other products and services sold through partner websites such as The Good Guys, RedBalloon, Travel Club, Medibank, etc. This returns and refund policy applies to products sold through our shopping cart such as Apple computers, Sports apparel, fitness equipment, watches, BBQ’s etc. This policy applies for all purchases made for which you receive an invoice from MySalaryPlus. For purchases made from our partner websites where you will receive invoices from our partners please refer to their returns and refund policy on their websites.
Given varied nature of the products sold on our shopping cart the criteria for returns for each product category are as follows:

Computers and IT
  • No returns accepted, except for a change of colour or size, please therefore make sure you are purchasing the correct product when placing your order.
  • Freight or Postage charges to return the product to us will be at your cost.
Sports Clothing
  • Returns accepted for a change of colour, size or style.
  • Freight or Postage charges to return the product to us will be at your cost, except for products of a value of $100 or more where you may be eligible for free returns. Please complete and submit our returns form to know if you are eligible
Sports Fitness Equipment, Toys and Games
  • Products listed in this category cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, maintenance may be performed on the equipment in accordance with and subject to the product warranty supplied with the product and may or may not be incurred at your cost, depending on the applicable product warranty.
Watches and BBQ’s
  • Products listed in this category cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, maintenance may be performed on the equipment in accordance with and subject to the product warranty supplied with the product and may or may not be incurred at your cost, depending on the applicable product warranty.
 
The following are the generic conditions applicable to all product categories:
  • The products you are returning must have been purchased on MySalaryPlus and received by you at your delivery address.
  • The products you are returning must have been purchased and delivered within Australia only and not internationally.
  • The products you are returning must be returned in the original condition that the products were in when you received them. Upon inspection, MySalaryPlus or our partners must be satisfied that the products returned are in the original condition that the products were in when you received them.
  • The products being returned, must not have been used or worn (particularly having no marks, discolouration or stains on clothing etc.)
  • Must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged (including any tissue paper, cardboard, plastic, boxes or similar).
  • Must include all of the original manufacturer’s labels and stickers attached to the products as they were when received by you.
  • Must be returned with all parts to the products included and assembled as they were when received by you.
  • The products you are returning are within 14 days after the date your order was received by you.
  • The products that you are returning must be the same products (including the same size, style and so on) ordered in the original transaction and not substitute products resent to you as part of an exchange or return.
  • You must complete and submit our ‘Returns Form’ to process a return or refund. We shall review your request and advise you how to return the products within 2 working days.
  • If you do not meet any one of these eligibility criteria, we may not process your request for a return or a refund.
REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with this Returns Policy. Refunds are applicable only on goods damaged in transit or defective on arrival provided they cannot be serviced or repaired under the warranty. Photos of the damaged goods AND product packaging must be supplied with all damage claims to clearly indicate the nature and cause of the damage. Refunds will be processed only after we have received the returned goods and or approved the claim for refund/returns.
For eligible refunds, the amount refunded will be the advertised price of the products at the time the original transaction took place, less any discount applied to the purchase, less freight charges. Refunds are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid, i.e. to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
