Delivery Policy

Orders placed on Your Salary Benefits are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the order (except on weekends and public holidays). Some orders may be dispatched on the same day your order is received. In the very unlikely event that any of the products you order run out of stock on the day you order them, we will contact you within 3 business days to advise you of the revised approximate delivery timeframes or alternatives to the product ordered. If this occurs, you may choose to wait the revised delivery time period or make other purchase arrangements and we will happily refund your purchase.

Please allow 2-7 business days for all deliveries to metro and surrounding areas. For regional areas these delivery timeframes may be substantially longer due to limited delivery services in your area, once your order is despatched we shall advise you of an ETA for your order. We will contact you to advise your delivery options and costs if an exception applies to the standard shipping rates for an order of heavy or bulky products.

Orders are delivered to your nominated delivery address and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at your nominated delivery address when your order is delivered, a calling card notification may be left at the delivery address, advising that an attempt has been made to deliver your order. The delivery card will notify you as to the location your order is available for collection. Alternatively, if no one is available to sign for your order, you may nominate in the delivery instructions field when checking out that the delivery driver leaves your order at a specific location around your delivery address. If you provide instructions or authority to leave your order at your nominated delivery location, final receipt of your order is at your own risk.
